Returns
I want you to love what you ordered. If you’re not happy with your purchase, here’s what you need to know.
Physical Books
I accept returns on unread physical books in their original condition within 14 days of delivery.
Change of mind returns:
- The item must be unread and in its original condition (no bent spines, markings, or damage).
- Return shipping is at the buyer’s expense.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items:
- If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or is not what you ordered, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
- Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with a description of the issue and photos where possible.
- We will offer a full refund or replacement at your choice.
Digital Products
All digital product sales are final. We do not offer refunds on digital downloads or ebooks once purchased.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Digital downloads and ebooks
- Items that have been read or are not in their original condition
- Items marked as “final sale”
