  • Your delivery address (if you have placed an order)

  • Your seller store details and payout information (if you are a seller)
  • Your newsletter subscription status
  • Technical information such as IP address and browsing behaviour collected via Google Analytics

How to Access Your Information

You have the right to request a copy of the personal information we hold about you. To make a request, please email us at hello@thestaks.com with the subject line “Personal Information Request”. We will respond within 30 days.

How to Correct Your Information

If any information we hold about you is inaccurate or out of date, you can:

  • Update your details directly in your account settings
  • Contact us at hello@thestaks.com or via ourr Contact page and we will update your records

How to Delete Your Information

You may request deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing hello@thestaks.com. Please note that we may need to retain certain information to comply with legal obligations (for example, transaction records for tax purposes).

How to Opt Out of Marketing

If you no longer wish to receive marketing emails from us, you can:

  • Click the Unsubscribe link at the bottom of any marketing email
  • Email us at hello@thestaks.com and we will remove you from our mailing list

Opting out of marketing does not affect transactional emails related to your orders or account.
